Privacy

No trackers, no advertising, no third-party requests. This page explains what that means and how to verify it.

The short version

This site does not track you. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, carries no advertising tags, and loads nothing from another company's servers.

How to check that yourself

Open your browser's developer tools, go to the network panel and reload any page here. Every request goes to this domain. There are no third-party fonts, no third-party images, no tag managers and no social embeds.

The site is built so that this stays true: a publishing check refuses to release a page that references any external resource.

What we collect

Nothing you do not send us. There is no form on this site and no account to create. If you email us, we have your email — that is the whole of it, and we use it to answer you.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records requests. We use those records to keep the site up and to see which pages are read. We do not build profiles, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with advertisers, because there are no advertisers.

Links that leave this site

Some pages link to Japanese government and industry sites. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site and their policy applies, not ours.

Changes to this page

If any of this stops being true, this page changes first and it says what changed.

If that did not answer it

Nothing here is tax or legal advice, and every amount is the maximum before any handling fee. The rules can change; each page carries the date we last checked it against the primary sources. How we decide what to publish
